On Saturday, April 16, your student and your family have the chance to attend FAME (Fulton Arts & Music Expo). Throughout the day, awarding-winning musicians will provide clinics on various instruments and elements of the music business. A “Super Panel” of music professionals will discuss careers in the music industry. In addition, you and your family can hear jazz, rap, a fiddle team, orchestral music and rock and roll by a combination of student and professional bands. The day will end with a concert by the renowned Rialto Jazztet and rock-and-roll band the Dirt Poets. Tickets for the noon to 6p festival, including the clinics, are only $5.
