Sign Up for Girls on the Run:
Girls on the Run is an organization determined to educate and prepare girls for a life time of self-respect and healthy living. The program consists of training for a 5K race while incorporating character building and self esteem enhancing activities. Participants gain a better understanding of how to make healthy decisions, resolve conflict, maintain a positive attitude, and build strong and supportive relationships.

Deadline is Feb. 15 for Hardship or Transfer Applications

Parents can use an online form, available through the “Parents” section of school system’s web site, to enter their information and then print it to obtain signatures and/or supporting documentation. Applications may be picked up at all schools. Parents with questions can contact the Fulton County Schools’ Student Assignment Office at 404-763-5550.

The deadline for submitting a transfer application is Feb. 15, 2011, by 4:30 p.m., with no exceptions or extensions granted. Applications can be sent by mail, fax or hand-delivery to:

CRCT practice is now available online for grades 2-5.  Go to www.georgiaoas.org.  Your child’s username and password are their ten digit 1100 or 2000 number in their agenda.  There are numerous tests from each teacher a child can practice in each subject area. Please contact Josette Perez at perez@fultonschools.org if you have difficulty logging on – pop up blockers must be turned off.

  1. Love this Blog. Its so informative and I have now subscribed so that I can keep up with all thats happening. It will work much better for me rather than all the paper that goes home in Thursday folders.
    With 3 children some of that paper becomes a waste and is overlooked.
